This was the most amazing hotel experience I’ve ever had. My daughter and I arrived for a very sad occasion; the death of a family member. While there we experienced another tragedy and death of my son on the way to that funeral. The staff of this hotel was beyond amazing. Taking care of me and my family in so many ways. The front desk, Marinetta Henry was so wonderful. And Sharon Lovett in the bistro literally let me cry on her shoulders. The night audit, Tiera Ford was so comforting as well. They restored our faith in humanity at a most tragic time in my life. I will never forget what they did for me and my family members.

The hotel is very clean, which was one of the biggest factor I was considering when booking. There was a nice variety of eating spaces both indoors and outside (we chose to eat outside because our youngest is unvaccinated). My kids loved the beds, large tv, complimentary streaming services, and the indoor pool.

Everything about this property was a 10 in my opinion. Very friendly staff, and it had a conscientious store, and restaurant. The room was so clean, and smelled nice.

This location was great in comparison to where he had to go. However, breakfast was stated as complimentary when we booked. We didn't know we had to pay. That was a complete surprise.

From the outside of the property to the interior was immaculately clean. I did appreciate that. It has security over night which was amazing and a decently priced menu for breakfast and dinner.

The stay was comfy, clean and inviting. The gym facility was nice, stocked and clean. The breakfast was a bit pricey but it was very good.
